Travel to Portland for the day and explore the Old Port and lighthouses.

Board the Downeaster to Portland and let Downeaster Packages take care of all the details. Upon arrival in Portland we will pre-reserve a local taxi service to take you the Old Port where you will have access to all activities and some of the best small restaurants on the East Coast. The Old Port is bustling year-round with an abundance of creative independently owned shops, restaurants and cocktail bars. On this trip, you will take a 90 minute trolley tour of the area to include the Portland Headlight, one of the most photographed lighthouses in the USA. You may also choose to do a 2.5 hour upgraded boutique tour, a harbor cruise or a fantastic lobstering cruise. Everything is pre-reserved for your convenience.

Depart on Train 681 Northbound to arrive in Portland around 11:30AM
After arrival you will take a short taxi transfer and get dropped in the Old Port on Commercial Street.
You have a choice of multiple activities from a trolley tour to a boutique van tour, harbor cruise or lobstering cruise
Head back to the Portland station with your included taxi transfer to depart around 5:00PM.
