Salem, Massachusetts is a special kind of getaway filled with history and fun.
Travel to Salem, Massachusetts for this one of a kind getaway. After arriving into Boston, you can simple connect onto the MBTA train to Salem or work your way over to Long Wharf to board the Salem Ferry. Enjoy the ferry cruise and upon arrival, you will be in the heart of Historic Downtown Salem. Similar to Boston’s Freedom Trail, Salem also has a trail that takes you by the many historic sites such as the House of Seven Gables, The Salem Witch Museum and The Salem Maritime National Historic Site. We also offer the option of doing a private 2-hour walking tour of Salem with a local guide. Aside from all the history, Salem has a wonderful culinary scene with great restaurants throughout the area. We will make navigating the trip to Salem without a car very easy.

SUGGESTED DAY TRIP:
- Board the Amtrak Downeaster and ride to Boston’s North Station
- Upon arrival we suggest that you walk straight out of North Station and head toward the theatre past Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Spend some time perusing shops or having lunch in the South Street Market Building or at Boston Public Market.
- Plan to arrive at the theatre from 15-30 minutes prior and have your tickets ready on your mobile device.
- After the show, make your way back to North Station for your return train home and enjoy Hub Hall in Boston’s North Station. Wonderful food options just steps from the train!
- The theatre is 1-mile from the train station. Taxis are available as well as rideshare within Boston. We also have transfer options available to pre book.
